INTRO
General Duty Assistant is a specially designed program to bridge the gap & distinguish between the learned & naïve, trained & unskilled, immature & experienced individuals. The GDA 1-year program aims specifically to empower the individuals with legitimate set of skills and knowledge, and serve as a stepping stone to flourish their career as a professional in the healthcare industry.
During the course duration an individual learns and develops through in-class & lab sessions and rigorous hands on learning experience at the on job training. No education is complete without a practical experience of its implementation, that is why we at MED EXPert CARE, put more emphasis on real world experience. Where our trainees are given the opportunity to work along the Medical Staffs assisting them handling real patients. Upon appropriate evaluation of their learning, under guided supervision the trainees are then assigned to general patients to handle and care which allows them to put their learning to work.
IN-CLASS SESSIONS
It is indeed a crucial requirement that one must understand how a patient’s life is dependent on a nurse and why its very important to know the right way of nursing. To make the learning process simple and smooth for the students, we have experienced nursing staff along with supervisor to help deliver proper information and very important basics of nursing care through in class sessions provided both theoretically & Audio Video modes

LAB SESSIONS
Extensive lab set-up serves as an essential learning tool for the students to gain hands on experience of what is learned during the in class sessions, guided by the instructors.
ON JOB TRAINING
As part of the vocational training program, it is important for the students to participate in the On Job Training sessions. This opportunity not only helps them polish their skills but under a guided environment helps them develop the confidence of working with the actual patients and advance through situational handling.
PAID INTERNSHIP
It is very important for an individual who is a skilled professional to be able to handle his job without much supervision needed and be able to take charge and responsibility of providing required proper care of the patient with respect to its condition.
Internship program helps achieve just that, for the students. It motivates and exposes them right in the field of GDAprofessionals.
